Return Policy

Returns- A.LUVV STORE CREDIT ONLY

All items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. If the items are defective or damaged upon arrival you may receive store credit.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a store credit.

To be eligible for a ALUVV store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

EXEMPT from being returned:
Intimate wear (bras, panties, stockings, lingerie etc.)
Items that seem worn (Deodarant stains, smell of smoke, etc.)
Bathing suits
Item(s) marked final sale

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the amount you will receive in ALUVV credit, which can be used immediately upon receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
